Nava is an Employee benefit brokerage startup which offers unified benefits combining modern healthcare tools, year-round employee advocacy, and ongoing measurement to improve employee engagement and drive down costs for small-to-midsized companies.
For brokers, It helps them to focus on generating meaningful outcomes by supporting them with lead generation, account management, and employee advocacy platform.
Brandon Weber – Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Brendon Weber is the co-founder and CEO at Nava. Prior to Nava, Brandon co-founded VTS, a company that set out to transform the commercial real estate industry. Today over 50% of all office buildings in the United States run on the VTS platform and the company has been consistently ranked as one of the best place to work in New York City.
He is also the Founder and CEO of Hightower Inc.
Donald DeSantis – Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer
Donald DeSantis is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Nava. Prior to this, Donald co-founded VTS, a company that set out to transform the commercial real estate industry.
He has cofounded Hightower Inc, and worked as mentor in TechStars and Telluride.
He has done MSc in Human Center Design and Engineering from University of Washington.
Kareem Zaki – Co-Founder
Karim is the co-founder at Nava and General Partner at Thrive Capital.
He is also cofounder and Board member of Cedar Inc, Scope Security, The Blackstone Group.
He is alumnus of Havard University.
Nava has added new team members in their executive team – Joseph Donovan, Chief Revenue Officer & Benefits Consulting Leader (UnitedHealthcare, The Difference Card); John Capecelatro, Director of Operations (Pill Pack (acquired by Amazon)); Colleen Locke, Director of Client Success (Willis Towers Watson, Namely); and Veronique Valcu, VP of Marketing (Deloitte, AppNexus (acquired by AT&T)).
